Good to know
- Nothing is made up. The AI only rewords what's in your resume. If a suggestion ever includes a number that isn't in your resume, it's flagged so you can check or edit it.
- Your names, employers, job titles, dates and schools are never changed.
- Your choices save automatically — come back any time from Your recent reviews.
- Changing your mind or the design later is free: open the review again and click Update my resume.
- Want to keep your own Word layout instead? Use Generate Improved Resume (under More options) or the Section-by-Section editor on the Resume Tool.
Common questions
Do I have to accept every change?
No. Anything you don't accept stays exactly as it was in your resume. You can also edit a suggestion into your own words.
Can I get a PDF?
Your resume is a Word file. Open it in Word or Google Docs and save or download it as a PDF.
