The application board
In My Jobs, switch to Application board and drag each job between Saved, Applied, Interviewing, Offer and Not selected. Open a job to add the date you applied, your interview, a follow-up reminder, a contact and notes. We email you on your follow-up day and the day before an interview.
Fit score
Every job shows Great fit, Good fit or Stretch with a percentage — how many of the job's keywords and title words are already in your resume. Use Best fit first to see where to apply first, and Fit scores use to compare a different resume. Free, no AI.
What this job pays
Each job shows the middle half of advertised salaries for that title near its location, and the median — handy before an interview and when you get an offer.
Weekly summary
Once a week we email what's new: jobs found (best fits first), your applications by stage, interviews and follow-ups coming up, and your portfolio's views. Turn it off on your Dashboard or from the email.
Common questions
Why is a job marked Stretch?
Your resume shows few of the job's keywords. If you do have that experience, tailor your resume to the job so it says so — the score updates.
Is the board free?
Yes. Tracking, reminders, fit scores, pay data and the weekly summary are all free.
