Delete your AidMyCV account

Deleting your account is permanent. We delete:

• Your account, name, email and phone number
• Your resumes, tailored resumes, AI reviews, cover letters and resume drafts
• Your portfolio website and its pictures (its web address stops working)
• Your job searches, saved jobs and forwarded job alerts
• Your remaining credits (they can't be refunded or moved), community posts and messages

Any monthly plan is cancelled right away, so you won't be charged again. We keep a record of past payments (date, amount, what was bought) for tax and accounting, as our privacy policy explains. This applies to the AidMyCV website and the AidMyCV app.
